File already exists error in installer on fresh install of 6.0.0-m70

      Possibly related to CONFDEV-46722

      I installed 6.0.0m-70 using the Windows installer. Fresh install into a newly created directory and got this error

      This can't be good! A bunch of other files threw the same error.

      Install seems to have proceeded successfully from here on - but still worries me when combined with my failed upgrade in CONFDEV-46722
