JIRA Custom Field enhancement request

We want to add a new custom field to our JIRA issues, and need to use a multi-line text input to capture the data. Unfortunately, the only Multi-line text box input field offers no formatting options.

This request is for the addition of a 'advanced multi-line' input field, that can be associated with new Custom fields in JIRA. This 'Advanced multi-line' input field would offer the font, color, and formatting options available with the built-in 'Description' and 'Environment' fields.
