Confluence 5.10.4 and 5.10.5 shipped with Postgres JDBC4 instead of JDBC41

Workaround

Download the JDBC41 driver from http://jdbc.postgresql.org/download.html and replace the existing postgreSQL driver in $Confluence_Install/confluence/WEB-INF/lib

This looks like regression since 5.9.12 ships with JDBC41 and was fixed in 5.8.13 previously according to CONF-38556.
