I know I can cut and paste rows, but having to use two shortcuts, and having to know where to place my cursor for the row to paste into the right spot, makes this mentally taxing. It's especially difficult when I want to move a lot of rows - e.g. to resort the table - I have to alternate between two shortcuts while using my mouse at the same time. I'd love a keyboard shortcut that I could use along side an arrow key to move the row or column for my current cursor position.

E.g. if I press Cmd+up (or similar), I would love if the currently focused row switched positions with the row above. Similarly, Cmd+right could switch the current column with the column to the right. If cells from multiple rows or columns are selected, they would all move as a block.
