Problem Definition
According to -- the html-migration addon is disabled by default in all releases after 4.3.1. But the administrator can enable it manually (for example during some troubleshooting addons issue) and as soon as the plugin is enabled it will migrate all user-macros. And the action is irreversible in that case.CONF-26258

Showing a warning on the enabling of the module event and waiting for confirmation from the user.
