Summary
When creating/editing a page in Confluence, some shortcuts may interfere with the shortcuts setup within the web browser being used. i.e., CTRL+1 - 9 will switch between browser tabs in Google Chrome. IF we had the ability to change the default system keyboard shortcuts in Confluence, this would greatly help us avoid conflicts that could possibly arise like this.

Steps to Reproduce
- Click on System under Confluence Administration
Expected Results
There would be an option within Confluence Administration to edit default system keyboard shortcuts
Actual Results
There is no option to edit default system keyboard shortcuts
