Summary
Is a task report macros, when you have more than one page, and if one of the tasks contains a jira ticket (it shouldn't not in the 1st page) it will fail to render and keeps spining "Getting issue details"
Environment
- Confluence 5.10.3
- Jira 7
Steps to Reproduce
- Have Jira connected to confluence
- Create couple of pages with some tasks. One of the tasks should have a Jira ticket. See screenshot 1
- On another page, create a task report and add all pages you had tasks created in
- Play with the macros sorting so it doesn't show the task containing the jira ticket in the first page
- Save the page and go to tab that contains the task with the Jira ticket
Expected
The task should render correctly the Jira ticket and its title /status
Actual Results
The tickets is trying to refresh and keeps sniping with a message "Getting issue details...." See screenshot 2
Workaround
Try to have the task in the first page of macro. You can change the sorting or number of items in a page
