The user that created the task on a page should be notified even he/she is not watching

      Currently the user that created a page and create a task using the task list macro and assign it to a user will not receive a notification if the task is completed when the user that created the task is not watching the page.

      It would be great if the user that created the task will be notified irregardless of whether the user watch the page or not.
