Editor footer is hidden in IE11 when the browser is resized in height

Summary

When editing a page in IE11 with the browser resized in height, the editor footer with the "Preview", "Save", and "Close" buttons are hidden or only a part of the buttons are shown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Confluence in IE11.
2. Navigate to a page.
3. Edit that page.
4. Resize the browser so that the height of the browser becomes half the display screen.

Expected Results

The editor footer should be shown so the page can be saved.

Actual Results

The entire editor footer is missing and the page can't be saved.

Note

This works perfectly fine in Google Chrome.
