"download" link is broken https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CROWD

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CROWD
2. scroll down to Installation Guide section
3. click to "download" link

Actual:

• link follows to https://www.atlassian.com/software/crowd/CrowdDownloadCenter.jspa
• "404 Sorry, the page you're looking for cannot be found" error appears

Expected: opened page should contain information about downloading or downloading should be started.
