anchor breaks if anchor linkage is an emoticon

      1. Create a new page
      2. Input in the page
      3. Highlight and click on Link
      4. Input #test as the anchor linkage
      5. Save the page

      Current behavior : The disappears
      Expected behavior : the should not disappear and the linkage should be working

      This way of linkage is working back in Confluence 3.5.13 (any Confluence version 3 for that matter) and upgrading the latest Confluence version will break this and caused the link to break as you can see from the screenshot attached below :
