Top Bar Menu Item Text color not applied

      The Top Bar Menu Item Text color seems to only be applied to the Spaces menu and not the other menus in the top bar such as the help and profile menus. For those, the Page Menu Item Text color is being applied instead.

      This is due to a missing class in AUI.
