Macros depending on a page do not work when you preview before the page has been created

      Currently, if you have an

      {attachments}

      macro in Confluence, and you preview the page whilst creating it, you get an exception.

      Presumably we can pass a dummy page into those macros when we are creating a page? A page that has 0 attachments, comments etc?
