Summary

The Create blog shortcut "B" is not working even though it still exists in the Keyboard Shortcuts list (screenshot attached)

This feature was working fine until Confluence 5.7.6

Environment

Confluence 5.8, 5.9 and 5.10
Browsers: Google Chrome 48-51, Firefox 43-46, Internet Explorer 10-11

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Confluence
2. Navigate to a Space
3. Press the key "b"

Expected Results

The create blog action should execute and redirect the user to a new blog post

Actual Results

Nothing happens
