Not possible to edit Properties of an Attachment Version

      The Confluence documentation for Attachment Versions is showing that each uploaded version should have a Properties link where you are able to edit the Properties of the version (including the Comment).
      This is very important for us, because we are using the comment field to fill in the JIRA issue key so that we can identify exactly which version of the attachment was modified by a particular JIRA issue.
      Unfortuantely, if someone forgets to fill in the JIRA issue in the Comment, then this cannot be corrected. Is it a permission or setting that we are missing?
