Expand tree node should not auto-scroll

      Using the mouse to expand a Confluence tree node triggers an auto-scrolling behaviour that hides the clicked parent node and its child nodes from view. This is most undesirable, as the whole point of expanding a node is to see what its children are, which you can't because they get auto-scrolled out of view. To achieve the use case objective it is necessary manually to scroll the tree back to its original position.

      Confluence version: 4.5.2, but this is not available under 'Affects Version/s' below.
