Since we don't show mail in the default recent-changes, we shouldn't show attachments to mail either. I imagine in a company that was archiving email, and every mail had some kind of signature attachment, this would pollute recent-changes to the point of unuseability.

Implementation will probably involve adding an "attachmentContentType" field to the Lucene index that we can then search on.
