Export to word link not showing for everyone

      The export to word link seems to have a bug in the permissioning checks.

      For me, it shows up on the TEST space:

      http://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/pageinfo.action?pageId=134241

      But not on the Confluence space:

      http://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/pageinfo.action?pageId=134223
