CONFVERSION table is empty after full site import

Environment

Bug reproduced on 5.5.6, 5.8.18, 5.9.4 and 5.9.7

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a fresh instance of Confluence
2. Configure it with an external database
3. Once Confluence is up and running, run the following query on the database

   select * from confversion;
   

4. You should see the entry for the build number
5. Import a full site XML Backup
6. Once done, query the CONFVERSION table again

Expected Results

We should see the same build number entry

Actual Results

CONFVERSION table is empty now

Workaround

There is no workaround for the time being
