Page Layouts: Macro body cannot be edited after scrolling down

      1. Add page layout to a page
      2. Add some text
      3. Add macro (e.g. panel macro or codeblock macro) so far down that you'll have to scroll down from the top of the page
      4. Further steps see attached gif

      Result:
      When scrolling down from top of the page and clicking the macro, it is not possible to edit the body.
