The first of two tables can often not be deleted when editing a page with page layouts.

More specifically, the following behavior occurred when reproducing the issue:

• When a layout with several columns is used (2 or 3), the table in a column which has another column to the right cannot be deleted, meaning:
  • layout with 2 columns
    • Table in the first (on the left) column cannot be deleted because there's another column on the right
  • layout with 3 columns
    • Table in the first (on the left) and second (in the middle) cannot be deleted because each has another column to the right
