After upgrading our confluence from 5.8.x to 5.9.9 we noticed that links within a page to some heading / manually defined achor of the same page do not work anymore. Browser doesn't seem to be do anything (if I go and press enter on the browser url-field the link loads and works ok though).
I tried with latest Chrome, Firefox and IE, same problem with each one (my colleague also tried with another computer, same issue). We also have two installations, our test confluence installation has 5.9.8 and production one 5.9.9, same problem with each one.
This a really annoying problem because we use a lot of such links...
