Auto insert spaces when displaying CamelCase links and page titles

      When editing, I type this:

      CamelCaseLink

      When viewing, I'd like to see this:

      Camel Case Link (with appropriate styling to distinguish it as a link)

      The page title should also have spaces.

      This is just to make things easier to read
