When I try to edit a page, the savebar appears in the middle (actually, very near the top) of the page, see attached screenshot. It seems to be independent of page content.

Other people in my organisation do not have the same issue - my suspicion is on the fact that I am using a very new chrome version, installed yesterday (50.0.2632.0).

I do not have the same issue on IE, same pc. Others here using chrome 49 do not have the issue.
