      if i change a line of text from an h2 to lets say paragraph text, it removes all the headers below it...so everything below it is now paragraph text. This also happens when I get a new line, with no text, and change the text size.

            Here is more detail to reproduce the issue:

            1. Create content like this
            2. Place cursor right after the date at the top (it is styled as Heading 2), hit enter to go to new line.
            3. At this moment the new line is Heading 2 style. Format it to Paragraph
              => all Headings below turn into Paragraph

            This is a legacy bug, not relate to the bookmark restoration issue
