Introduce official support for Russian, Portuguese and Korean language Packs

[CONFSERVER-41223] Create Atlassian Supported Russian, Portuguese and Korean Packs

Unfortunately there is no context provided in translations.atlassian.com. The first link above does show you how to get the key for a string that you find in confluence, or you can just search for the phrase. It seems that there are some strings which were not translated in the 5.10 release. A quick look would indicate that many of these are for unreleased features. I will have someone look into it to ensure that the strings that might be visible in 5.10 are translated. I anticipate that we will include this in a bugfix release, however if you see the number of 'in progress' strings go down then you can simply download the language pack at any time.

            Dear Adam Barnes

First of all, I'd like to appreciate your kind and quick answer.
Now I can switch displayed message locale and take part in the Attlasian Translations.

While translating some untranslated messages, I noticed that the meaning seems to context dependent.
How do I check the context of the message that I want to translate ?
Is there some guide or resources for local language translators

            BR

The default language for the instance instance can be configured by following the instructions here
Users can set their own language by following these instructions
Whilst we translate the product before each release, we also have Atlassian Translations, which is a crowd sourced site to suggesting improved translations if you find that strings are not quite right.

I hope this answers your question.

            Thanks for supporting Korean language.

Our team member has little confusion on change of display message from English to Korean.
Some messages and terms translated to Korean are somewhat unfamiliar.

Is there English - Korean glossary mapping table?
            or
Is there way to switch default UI language between English and Korean?

Thanks again for supporting Korean language in this release.

            Cheers
