Attachment disappears when renamed the same as an existing attachment

      Just run into this bug- steps to recreate are:

      1. upload fileA.doc

      2. upload another version of fileA.doc (so confluence will version) - not sure if having 2 already there makes a difference or not

      3. upload fileB.doc

      4. click Edit for fileB.doc, rename to "fileA.doc"

      5. the two original versions of fileA.doc will remain (as fileA.doc with a version 1 below), the renamed fileB.doc will disappear
