The Add comment sticks around on a page with out comments and clicking cancel doesn't hide it. Try the following -

Add a page -
Click add comment
Do not add comment, but click add child page instead
Create the child page
Add Comments is at the botton with no way to remove it!
And the add button doesn't add a comment either??
