Allow users to export Comparison of Page versions

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Confluence shows the page history and page comparison. It'd be good if space admin and users can export page comparison to PDF or HTML.

            It would be great to export the diff according to defined template using scroll export macro with highlighting. That would be usable as markup for documents. Similar when you compare PDF documents (which doesn't help much right now).

            Yep. Not having this is a pain. We end up having to send to our customer screenshots of each page in the tree where there are changes.

            Why is this not already be a part of confluence? Seems like it should be an easy add by the "powers that be"!

            Similar story here, we use Confluence for all our compliance documents, hence we need to provide the authorities with the tracked changes (they are used to the format MS Word provides). Having the ability to export the diff between two versions would be greatly appreciated.

            I'm missing 2 things.

            1 a way to show and export tracked changes (with entire document, not only the changes) from one version to another

            2 export feature (now i must use print to pdf) on the exported change
