Confluence Multimedia Macro cannot forward/backward MP4 video

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page.
2. Attach a video attachment to the page.
3. Insert the Multimedia macro and choose the attached video file.
4. Save the page.

Expected result
Video play properly and user are able to forward/backward the video in the Multimedia macro.

Actual result
Video play properly but user are not able to forward/backward the video in the Multimedia macro.

This issue is not reproducible in latest Confluence 5.9.4
