XDebug not working

      Hello my name is Hiago,
      Whenever I try to install xdebug I use this tutorial link https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/PhpStorm/Xdebug+Installation+Guide and never works.

      I use Windows 10, you have to work two more lines that have to add. These lines are xdebug.remote_autostart = 1
      xdebug.idekey = PHPSTORM

      I do not know if this is the correct place to report on that, but that's it. Thanks,
