Confluence text editor removes formatting when deleting a row.

How to reproduce:

1. Create a new page
2. Create a row with paragraph format and type 'paragraph text'.
3. Press enter twice to create blank row or blank space line
4. Create a row with heading 1 formatting and type 'heading 1 text'
5. Save the page
6. Edit page
7. Put the editor cursor to the blank row and press delete key.

Actual behavior:

Row with heading 1 formatting moved up 1 row and drop its formatting

Expected behavior:

The row with heading 1 formatting should retain its formatting after deleting the blank row.
