"Content by Label" macro for label "reports" does not produce results

There is definitely content in my space with the label reports but when I try to see the content with that label, there is no content listed. This happens in the Labels List macro, where the reports label shows up in the list but then upon clicking, there is nothing listed. Also, when I try to use this label in the the Content by Label macro, no content shows up.
