Page has 8 attachments. Open attachment list ( ... top right of page) with sidebar expanded.
Resize side bar (grab vertical between side bar and page content and make sidebar wider)

Two rendering issues occur:

• Large amount of vertical space between attachment lines
• Titles compressed to one character per line.

This is very confusing to a new user, although changing the window geometry will get you back to a usable list. It took me I decent amount of time to figure out that it was a rendering problem.

Perhaps the attachment name column should have a minimum width?
