Links To Different Project Anchors Breaks Whenever Resaved

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page from Space A.
      2. Add an anchor into the page from Space A with the name test.
      3. Create another page from Space B.
      4. Add an anchor reference to the anchor from the Space A's page created in Step 1.
      5. Save the page.
      6. Edit the page again and edit the anchor link without doing any changes then save it.
      7. Save the page and observe the results when you hit the anchor link.

      Expected Behaviour

The anchor link from Space B redirects user to the anchor from Space A.

      Actual Behaviour

The anchor link is broken and redirection will not work.

      Observations

The parameters were messed up upon saving the anchor link without modifying any values.

This may be due to the (key_up?) event scripts for the link edit form.

I have noticed that when I type normally and press enter to save the link text is truncated (as per your broken anchor link example). However if I type it and then wait for several seconds before pressing enter (or clicking insert), then the link will save correctly every time. (I get bored after 1, but usually ~2-3 seconds is needed in my local office network)

This can be tested without page saving (that part may be a separate issue) by creating/editing a link and afterwards, jumping to the source editor to confirm.

Can this issue be moved up the list of priorities please?
