User profile fields should not be editable when the backing Directory doesn't allow it

      Summary

      When using "Delegated LDAP", Confluence allows user's to edit their profiles.
      Some/all of these changes will be overwritten by a sync with the LDAP when the user next logs in.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set up delegated LDAP
      2. Select the "Copy users on login" option
      3. Log in with an LDAP backed user
      4. Change name

      Expected Results

      The field should not be editable.

      Actual Results

      The field is editable.

      Workaround

      None.
