Link to iGoogle Gadget directory results in 404 error

Summary

In External Gadgets, there's a link to iGoogle Gadget directory. This results in a 404 error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Cog Menu > General Configuration
2. Go to CONFIGURATION > External Gadgets
3. Click link for iGoogle Gadget directory.

Expected Results

A page is returned.

Actual Results

404 Error from https://www.google.com/ig/directory

Notes

Google Gadgets were deprecated 1st, November 2013.

Workaround

There is no workaround.
