The page History and Notification does not show the correct changes when it is updated following the steps below.

Step to Replicate

1. Create a new page
2. Add the following table in the page then save it

   1	2	3	4
   test
   test2

3. Edit the page and add the following entry into the table. After that save the page

   1	2	3	4
   test
   test2	x(AM)	x

4. Compare the two version of pages with the Page History

Expected Result

The changes of the pages is correctly reflected.
