Updating UPM to 2.20.4 "breaks" bundled Data Center(5.8.16) plugins

      A customer noticed that after updating the UPM to the latest available version(2.20.4), some plugins started to show an incompatible version warning in the manage add-ons page.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install a Confluence 5.8.16 data center version.
      2. Go to the manage add-ons page.
      3. Check the following plugins:
        • Confluence Healthcheck Plugin
        • Confluence JIRA Metadata Plugin
      4. You'll see that they are compatible and also asking to update, but don't update them.
      5. Update only UPM to its latest version(2.20.4).

      Expected behaviour:
      You'll be able to update those two plugins and no message will appear.

      Current behaviour:
      A warning will appear saying that they are not compatible for the Data Center version and a Request Update is going to be displayed.
