Images in centered paragraph are left aligned in PDF export

Reproduce:

• Open blank editor, click center align to center the whole paragraph
• Upload and insert an image in the paragraph, the image appears as centered
• Save the page, export to PDF. In PDF, the image appears as left aligned

Expected result:
The image is centered in the PDF
