Inline comment in French Confluence instance does not render 'like' button correctly

Summary

New feature inline comment does not render the character "apostrophe" properly for the "like" (J'aime) button correctly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have Confluence 5.8.15
2. In the log in page, choose "French"
3. Go to any page
4. Add an inline comment
5. Click on the inline comment to trigger the "inline" pop up

Expected Results

All the buttons are displayed properly

Actual Results

the "Like" button is displayed wrongly. It is displayed as:

J'aime

The button should read as "J'aime"
