Tried to add page. Was in rich editor, typed in stuff including excerpt macro. Had problems creating. Couldn't switch to wiki market - gave error. Eventually added page using regular wiki editor. Now can't go back and update it.

Discuss versioning of data in confluence
      Versioning dynamic content
The version support for regular pages is an extremely important feature. What about versioning of dynmic content? Confluence has many capabilities that allow for content to be dynamically generated using scripts, sql, scaffold macro, dynamic tasklist, etc... Confluence nicely versions the pages of scripts. Can it be modified to allow the capture of a version of result of viewing the page? Could this be done on demand - take a snapshot now? Could this be done via a program or scheduled - like take a snapshot every morning at 7:00. Each snapshot would be a version of the dynamic content of the page and treated similar to a regular page version. This would be a powerful capability and more extensive use of capabilities like the scaffold macro (one of the drawbacks of this is that there is no history of what happened on the page).
