Rename

{spaces-list}

macro to

{spaces} (but leave spaces-list around for legacy content – have two macro defs pointing at the same class, but make sure {spaces}

is endorsed by the docs)
Make spaces macro configurable based on however we end up configuring the spaces list on the dashboard
