Steps to reproduce :
- Login to Confluence
- Create the page
- Upload the image by navigating to Insert >> Files and images
- An overlap pop-up menu will appear, click on the Upload files button
- Upload the following image attached Workflowcomposerjson2.png
- Click on the insert button
Current behavior : We can see that the image is not being previewed as per the screenshot below :
The following error is noticed in the logs :
Caused by: class com.aspose.imaging.internal.Exceptions.SystemException: com.aspose.imaging.exceptions.ImageLoadException: Cannot open an image. The image file format may be not supported at the moment. ---> com.aspose.imaging.exceptions.ImageLoadException: Cannot open an image. The image file format may be not supported at the moment.
Expected behavior : It should render the image
Workaround : Drag and drop the image to the page in edit mode.
Thank you for your interest in this ticket. The Confluence Server and Data Center team released a major upgrade to the editor in 6.14. Due to the age of this ticket and/or lack of updates, we suspect that this issue is no longer relevant or was resolved as a result of the upgrade and are now closing this ticket.
