Steps to replicate:
1. Change browser language to German(de)
2. Set Confluence Configuration language to English
3. Set profile language to either France, English or German.
4. In page editor > > Insert more content > Other macros

Actual Result:
Macro is showing messed up language as shown in the screenshots below:

Expected result:
Macro have to obey profile language settings.
