Set Page Location broken when copying a page and parent page has quotes in title

      The "Set Page Location" dialog shows two errors:

      • The following error(s) occurred: The specified page was not found.
      • Error retrieving breadcrumbs.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a page with single or double quotes in title
      2. Create a child page
      3. Copy the child page and (before saving) open the Location dialog
