      I have a word document with different word heading and a table of content (using the word menu insert field / TOC).
      I import this word document in confluence on a page and I don't split.
      The word headings become HTML headings and anchors.
      The word TOC becomes a collection of lines of text.
      These lines are not links to the headings/anchors and of course if you do change these headings, the changes are not reflected in this dummy TOC.

      We have users for my application who are not very much macro aware.
      Converting directly the word TOC to a

      {toc} macro would do the expected job. I have replaced the above hard coded TOC by a {toc}

      and I am fully satisfied.
      Thanks ton consider the automatic creation of a

      {toc}

      in this scenario.

      The word 2003 file is attached.
