    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Summary

As of now, viewfile macro does not provide an option on how to render the attachment into Confluence page. as seen on the following screenshot

When rendered into a page, it can only be view into a fllscreen with no other option to change the way it rendered into the page

It would be great if options such as

      • Scroll down mode view instead of page by page
      • Configurable height and width
      • Zoom in and out feature
      • Add title
      • Configurable border

      Workaround

In order to add more parameter to render your PDF file you can use wikimarkup macro on Confluence 4.x and use display image macro as describe here which have variety of parameters to use. For example

      !UserManual.pdf|height=700,width=975,id=media!
