HTML Export: Images with link are lost

      When exporting a page that contains an image with a link to another page, the image is lost in the exported html format and replaced with wiki-style code and a link to the target. We expect that the image is maintained with the link.

      [!image!|link to page] gets turned into <a href="link to page">Unable to render embedded object: File (image) not found.</a> .. not quite right..
