RoadMap Planner encodes Finnish letters uncorrectly

Hi,

Could it be possible that RoadMap Planner encodes the following Finnish letters uncorrectly?
Finnish "ä" is \u00c3\u00a4 when encoded, but it is handled like "Ã" in the RoadMap Planner. Encoding for "Ã" is \u00c3. (ps. ¤ characters encoding is \u00a4)
